Fizz Kidz Family Fitness wish to support children and adult fitness 4.15pm Tuesdays,  Fizz Kidz Family Fitness Friday 5.15pm  and Saturday Morning club 10.30am and 12 midday for children that want to get fit with parents.

£3 per child and £6 per family of three.  Fun, Fun, Fun get fit, dance, sports fitness, coaching, nutrition, Bootcamp and Fitness designed to get children active and keep fit in a fun, proactive environment.  Getting Fit, and encouraging children to stay active and eat healthy.  Other time available on request.

These sessions are designed for parent and children to interact together and use their cognitive development via imagination of our desert  islands role play,  pirates and princesses, and other cartoon characters get fit via scenery, and geographical learning, and via physical fitness, and team play.

Fizz Kidz Family Fitness is designed for schools, childrens centres to offer choice to get fit in a fun and promote healthy living via our active environment via our sessions offered  within our Gym, online store, our products and soon our online tips, for individuals to keep active via Fizz Tip of the Week page.

Fizz Kidz Family Fitness wants to help families keep fit at low cost prices, to allow families and children to get active at affordable prices, allowing more money for other hobbies to be maintained.
